Application areas of our plants
In the field of extraction and filtration (Air Filtration Systems division), over the years Enercon has developed applications for a wide variety of industries and materials, with a particular focus on the following sectors: foundry, die-casting, moulding and mechanical processing of non-ferrous metals (aluminium, magnesium, bronze, brass, zinc). In the steel mills sector, Enercon has dealt not only with extraction cabins for oxyfuel processing on large scrap metal to be prepared for melting, but also with suction and abatement systems for dust produced by refractory processing for furnaces. In other sectors, Enercon has excelled in installations for abatement of pollutants from finishing and surface treatment operations (grinding, honing, etc.), welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting and oxyfuel cutting, degassing (suction of gases produced by recharging forklift batteries).
To ensure a comprehensive service, Enercon has set up an industrial plant engineering department (Hydraulic Systems division) capable of operating in the hydraulic, pneumatic and oil-hydraulic sectors with qualified and licensed welders. In the same production area, among other things, Enercon designs and manufactures cooling, recycling and filtration plants for primary and process water, oxygen and methane distribution networks and fluids in general, etc.
Several years of experience, paired with the sensitivity that has always characterised Enercon's work, have allowed it to explore new fields of interest. Enercon has also dedicated itself to special applications to meet customers' particular energy needs, such as incinerators, heat exchangers, soundproofing works (soundproofing cabins and chimney silencers), and metal transport and transfer systems.
